AirlessFix is an independent technical support platform for airless paint sprayers. We operate the website airlessfix.eu and the Marc AI assistant, which provides general technical information about Graco Magnum airless sprayers.

Important: AirlessFix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by Graco Inc. Marc is an AI assistant — not a human technician. All information must be verified before acting on it.
02 What data we collect
When you register to use Marc, we collect:
- Full name — to personalise your session
- Email address — to send your A100 manual PDF after Ko-fi payment, and optional product updates if you consent
- Phone number — optional, for service centre referral follow-up only
- Country — to connect you with the nearest authorised service centre
- Marketing consent — only if you explicitly tick the box
We do not collect: payment details (Ko-fi handles all payments), passwords, or sensitive personal data. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
03 How we use your data
- To provide access to the Marc AI assistant
- To email you the A100 manual PDF after Ko-fi payment confirmation
- To refer you to authorised service centres in your country
- To send product updates and service centre referrals — only if you consented
- To improve the AirlessFix service based on usage patterns (anonymised)
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
04 Marc AI assistant — EU AI Act disclosure
⚠ EU AI Act Art. 52 compliance: Marc is an AI-powered information system. You are interacting with an automated system, not a human technician. Marc provides general technical information only. All suggestions must be verified with a qualified technician or authorised dealer before acting on them. AirlessFix accepts no liability for injury or damage resulting from reliance on Marc's responses.
Marc is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Your conversation content is processed by Anthropic's API to generate responses. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how conversation data is handled.
Conversations are not stored permanently by AirlessFix beyond the active session.
05 Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
- Contract performance — processing your registration to provide the Marc service
- Legitimate interest — improving the service, referring to service centres
- Consent — marketing emails (only if you opted in, withdraw anytime)
06 Data retention
- Registration data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction
- You can request deletion at any time — see Your Rights below
- Ko-fi transaction data is retained by Ko-fi under their own privacy policy
- Conversation sessions are not stored after your session ends

08 Cookies
AirlessFix does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use only essential session storage (browser localStorage) to remember your session state. This data never leaves your device and is cleared when you close your browser.
